林珍流动工作站之《快乐天使》活动：

活动特点：
这是一个让乐龄朋友轻松学习、相互扶持、建立自信，喜乐自在活在当下的工作坊。它以特别设计的演讲形式；轻松的游戏、戏剧、音乐与舞蹈治疗，通过〖讲、演、说、唱、舞、玩〗生动活泼的方式，帮助你面对挑战、减轻压力及建立自信，引导参与者成为自己生命中的主人！

活动目标：
提倡成功老化，达到健康、参与和安全三大目标。

Jane’s Mobile Workshop: Happy Angel Introduction:

This is an appealing programme which allows the participants to learn to establish confidence and rely on one another emotionally. Using interesting methods like bonding games, speech and drama, music and dance, this programme helps you to prepare for life’s challenges, reduce stress and reinforce your self-belief, allowing you to be the real master in your life!

Objectives of the Programme: Promote Healthy Ageing (emphasis on health, active participation and safety)

·Learning communicative skills (of how to communicate effectively with others)

·Learning theoretical knowledge on health and finance

·Improving your current affairs knowledge
